The AFN MAKİNA Motorized Pay-Off (MTV) is designed to provide smooth, continuous, and precisely controlled unwinding of wire and cable reels in modern production lines. Its powerful motor-driven system and accurate tension control ensure uninterrupted material feeding, maximizing production efficiency and product quality.

The machine is suitable for wire drawing, annealing, extrusion, insulation, stranding, braiding, armouring, and various other wire and cable manufacturing processes. The motorized pay-off system automatically synchronizes with the production line speed, ensuring stable operation even during acceleration and deceleration.

The dancer-controlled tension system maintains constant line tension throughout the production process, preventing conductor deformation and ensuring consistent feeding into downstream equipment. Combined with a pneumatic braking system, the motor drive provides smooth unwinding, reliable stopping, and precise tension regulation.

Designed to accommodate various reel diameters and widths, the machine features a heavy-duty steel construction that delivers long service life, high reliability, and low maintenance requirements, even under demanding industrial operating conditions.
