The AFN MAKİNA Taping Line is designed for the precise application of various taping materials throughout wire and cable manufacturing processes. Its modular design and advanced automation system provide reliable and efficient production for power cables, control cables, communication cables, and a wide range of specialty cable applications.

The line is suitable for applying mica, copper, polyester, aluminum, steel, and other technical tapes in single or multiple layers. Adjustable tape tension control ensures precise wrapping for different tape materials and cable constructions while maintaining excellent product quality even at high production speeds.

Tape break detection sensors and low tape sensors continuously monitor the production process, immediately alerting the operator and helping prevent production interruptions. The PLC-based automation system allows all production parameters to be easily monitored and adjusted, ensuring maximum efficiency and process reliability.
