The AFN MAKİNA Shaft Type Pay-Off (STV) is designed to provide smooth, continuous, and precisely controlled unwinding of wire and cable from small and medium-sized reels in wire and cable production lines. Its shaft-mounted design allows quick and secure reel loading, ensuring stable and uninterrupted material feeding throughout the production process.

The machine can be configured with 2, 4, 6, or 8 reel positions, providing maximum flexibility to meet different production capacities and process requirements. Its modular design improves production efficiency by reducing reel replacement time while adapting easily to various manufacturing applications.

The STV is suitable for wire drawing, annealing, extrusion, insulation, stranding, braiding, rewinding, and other wire and cable manufacturing processes. The dancer-controlled tension system maintains constant line tension throughout production, ensuring smooth conductor feeding and contributing to superior product quality in downstream operations.

The pneumatic braking system provides controlled reel unwinding and stable performance even during rapid speed changes. Its compact design minimizes installation space, while the heavy-duty steel construction ensures long service life, high reliability, and low maintenance requirements.
