It is a real workhorse of the cable industry. The gripper pressure and belt tension can be adjusted pneumatically. Since the pressure rollers are flexible, knots can easily pass through the machines. We have designs with different pressure forces to choose from, depending on the traction required. It is equipped with horizontal and vertical guide rollers at the entry and exit points to guide the cable. The power transmission consists of a speed-controlled AC motor directly connected to the angular gear box. Depending on the requirements, a measuring wheel can be provided to measure line speed or length. The measurements can be displayed directly on the machine control system or line control unit.
